Psychological Pricing

Psychological pricing is used when prices are set to a certain level where the consumer perceives the price to be fair. The most common method is odd-pricing using figures that end in 5, 7 or 9. It is believed that consumers tend to round down a price of $9.95 to $9, rather than $10.

Hello Emma;

Thankyou for the comment. You forgot the last word of the store name. Otherwise it does not make much sense, unless you reverse it to read "HELEN~HEAVEN". ---- "HEAVEN~HELEN~ALL" was a name that I thought of about 40 years ago to use for a boat if I ever owned one. Never did own the boat, but the name remained on my mind and when I opened my Ecrater store, I figureed why not put the name to use. I always liked the play on words. "HELEN~HEAVEN" would also make a good name for a boat.

Don`t know if folks pick up on the EN in helen as being seen as "and" or not, but that was the idea in my mind at the time that I thought of it.
